Eligibility

An athlete must meet one of the following criteria:

A full-time resident of MA, ME, NH, RI, VT, or CT
A full-time student at a recognized academic institution in any of the above states
A registered member of a shooting club in one of the above states for which you are entering

Junior (Rookie): Grades 4 - 5 (minimum age of 10)
Junior Novice (Intermediate): Grades 6 - 8*
Intermediate (Intermediate-Advanced): Grades 6 - 8
Scholastic Novice (JV): Grades 9 - 12*
Scholastic (Varsity): Grades 9 -12
Collegiate: Current College Student (School ID required at check-in)
Open: Age 19 + (No college student)

All grades are as of the 2024-25 academic year

**Novice Division is for participants with limited tournament experience. Anyone who has won a medal or award at a prior event including Bay State Games is not eligible for novice

All divisions are separated by male and female

Trap

16 yard Singles Trap: 100 rounds (100 targets)

16 yard Doubles Trap: 50 rounds (100 targets)
