MEDICAL PROGRAM

Each year, medical support for the Bay State Summer Games is provided by physicians, certified athletic trainers, EMTs, and athletic training students, all of whom volunteer their time. The Bay State Games are seeking volunteers who are willing to support the Games and donate some of their time to assist athletes from across the commonwealth. Medical volunteers are able to volunteer for certain sports, days, and times they wish to work. Bay State Games will provide all necessary medical supplies. Volunteers will also receive a Bay State Game Medical Staff polo shirt, t-shirt, hat, bag and Bay State Games gift. Medical volunteers will also receive a free entry to the Boston Children's Hospital Sports Medicine Division Dr. Lyle Micheli Sports Medicine Symposium.
