The policy applies to you. The descriptions in this policy apply to our relationships with individual consumers who inquire about and/or obtain products or services from Bay State Games. 

Bay State Games takes the security of information seriously and has established security standards and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to customer information. These standards exist for both our physical facilities and our online services. All credit card information related to Bay State Games on-line registration is administered by a PCI Compliant Service Provider. Credit card information is not collected or received by the Bay State Games related to on-line registration.

• Help us design or improve our products and services 

• Offer you quality products and services 

• You (from applications and other forms and information that you provide to us), such as your name, address and other contact information 

• Your transactions with Bay State Games, such as your application or merchandise purchase. 

Bay State Games does not sell mailing lists to third parties. Per the waiver participants agree to when they register on-line or via written applications, Bay State Games will provide contact information on participants to our coaches and sports commissioners so they can prepare for tryouts & competitions, accredited media, college coaches, scouts and scouting services and for entry into the State Games of America. Bay State Games will forward information on our partners and supporters to participants but will not provide participant personal contact information to those partners and supporters. 

Bay State Games will occasionally send information on other programs of our organization to current and past participants. This includes Summer & Winter Games Information, Scholarship Information, Sportsmanship Program Information and other programs of the organization. We may also send informational newsletters to past and current participants to inform you about news and events regarding the organization. Any information on Bay State Games partners sent to participants is coming directly from the Games. Your contact information is not being provided to the partner.
