Bay State Games athletes excel on AND off the field! BSG Field Hockey athlete and current sophomore at BMC Durfee High School recently published her first novel, "In the Game."
"In the Game" is a teen/young adult action/romance novel based in Paris, France.
Synopsis: Colette Toussaint is no stranger to hard work. After being pulled out of a public high school in the tenth grade and thrown into a rigorous training program via her parents’ agency, Colette was forced to ditch a normal life and focus on saving the world as a spy... All at the grand age of sixteen. And now, two years later, on the cusp of adulthood, she feels like she’s finally getting the hang of things. That is, until a video call by her best friend and future heir of the company, Jean-Luc, reveals to her that she’s definitely not. Colette’s entire perception of herself is flipped upside down; how is she supposed to finish the mission with knowledge of the inevitable? And why is this mission proving to be the most difficult one she’s ever been on?
But, business is business and spy work doesn’t stop for anyone.
Especially in the City of Love.
